UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Free delivery is available on all UK orders

You'll receive your order within 2-4 working days, delivered Monday to Friday excluding weekends. Outlying areas may take longer.

  • All orders on a standard service are delivered by DHL.
  • Once your parcel is shipped we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your order via the DHL website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free International Shipping to over 220 destinations on all orders over £600, for orders under £600 delivery is £20.

DHL carries our International deliveries, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on the DHL website.

We ship all international orders on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. This means prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties, including UK VAT.  

Expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. Outlying areas may take longer.

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

We hope that you adore what you ordered from arch4 but, in the event that you don't, we've made it quick and easy to return items and offer free returns.

Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received. 

Please note returns will be not accepted without prior authorization (RA). To return your item, please use our returns portal, or email us with your order numberemail address, and name the order was placed under, specifying whether you would like a refund, credit or exchange. Please email info@arch4.co.uk

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

A signature may be required for your delivery so please track your delivery to make sure you are available to receive it.

If you're unavailable and haven’t requested a leave-safe option, a card will be left with rearrangement details or delivered to a neighbour. DHL will leave a card so you know which neighbour your parcel has been given to.

We’re currently unable to ship to collections points, such as: Amazon lockers, Collect Plus and Packstation but can help you find an alternative.
