Refund policy
EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you adore what you ordered from arch4. In the event that you don't, we've made it quick, easy and free to exchange or return items.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received.
Please note returns will be not accepted without prior authorization (RA). To exchange or return your items, click here and follow the steps. You will need your order number and email address to process your return. If you run into issues, please email customercare@arch4.co.uk
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
A signature may be required for your delivery so please track your delivery to make sure you are available to receive it.
If you're unavailable and haven’t requested a leave-safe option, a card will be left with rearrangement details or delivered to a neighbour. DHL will leave a card so you know which neighbour your parcel has been given to.
We’re currently unable to ship to collections points, such as: Amazon lockers, Collect Plus and Packstation but can help you find an alternative.
