UK Standard Delivery

Complimentary delivery is provided on all UK orders. Parcels are delivered within one to two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Outlying areas may require additional time. Shipments are fulfilled by DHL, and a tracking number is issued by email upon dispatch.

International Shipping

Complimentary international shipping is available to over 220 destinations on orders above £500. A delivery fee of £20 applies to orders below this value. DHL manages all international shipments, and a tracking number is provided once the parcel has left the distribution centre. All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, ensuring that taxes and duties, including UK VAT, are included in the purchase price. Delivery typically takes three to seven working days, though extended timeframes may apply to remote regions.
